Ukraine's Man of Year
The next issue of the UO (January 2004) will feature The Ukrainian Observer Man of the Year. This will begin a new tradition for the magazine. The award of course will be to either a man or a woman. In the January issue the person selected will be announced as well as the criteria and the selection process. The editors say that this is an award they will take great pleasure in announcing and will be the beginning of what they believe will become a very important tradition for Ukraine and the publication.
