I was surprised to see the misspelling of Pastor Sunday's name in the 6 April 2005 Observer article "Protestants in Power".
Pertaining to the same article and all of David Diandre's (teacher at International Christian University) negative comments about Protestant missionaries; including, "their attitude is imperialistic," and "the average missionary who comes over here sees himself as an insider and Ukrainians as outsiders and heathens". As a US non-denominational Protestant missionary who has lived in Ukraine two years I haven't met any Protestant missionaries that meet Mr. Diandre's description.
Perhaps in a future article about Ukrainian churches you will write of churches of various denominations working together in unity to spread the Gospel and minister to the needs of the poor and needy.
With the lack of English publications, yours is eagerly awaited.
